As an accredited professional (General Insurance License), you will provide Home & Auto Insurance planning and advice to the personal market.
Your focus is on new sales acquisition through client-focused insurance advice and solutions based on an insurance needs analysis that satisfies the client’s needs. Your main focus is on meeting the needs of the personal market through RBC Insurance Home and Auto products.
Insurance – Regional Director
Lead your team to success! As a Regional Director, you will provide overall market management by leading the establishment and achievement of team sales objectives and related activities to achieve superior client experience through advice-driven client discussions.
You will develop internal RBC and community relationships, maximizing new business opportunities, fostering a client ownership environment to deepen the client relationship. You will be accountable for ongoing coaching and development of staff, ensuring a high level of employee capability and engagement through focused sales management routines and the promotion of a collaborative team environment. This role must also balance the rewards of team efficiencies and due diligence of procedures, process and guidelines relative to risk mitigation.
