"Regular occupation" definition of disability

The Foundation Series policy pays a total disability benefit as follows:

• First 24 months of disability: You are considered totally disabled if, due to injury or illness, you are:
  • Unable to perform the important duties of your regular occupation, and
  • Not working in any other gainful occupation, and
  • Receiving appropriate physician’s care
