Other Income Benefits

To qualify for benefits under the Quantum policy, you must apply for other income benefits for which you are eligible. This includes:

• Disability benefits from provincial or federal government plans such as Canada Pension Plan (CPP)/Quebec Pension Plan (QPP) and Workers Compensation or similar coverage
• Automobile insurance
• Any employer sick pay, formal wage or salary continuation plans
• Group and association long-term and short-term disability or weekly indemnity insurance or plans
