Rules and Regulations

THE CONTEST: The contest runs from December 11, 2007, to 11:59 p.m. (ET) January 18 , 2008, inclusive (the "Contest Period").

THE PRIZES: There are five (5) $200 cash prizes to be won. Winners will be selected from 1) eligible participants who have accessed their Subscriber Centre Profile and clicked the box to enroll in the contest and/or 2) new subscribers to the Insider newsletter. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or transfers allowed.

TO ENTER: Winners will be chosen from 1) eligible participants who have accessed their Subscriber Centre profile and clicked the box to enroll in the contest and/or 2) new subscribers to the Insider newsletter between December 11, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. (ET) January 18, 2007 is eligible to win. There is no cost to enter.

THE DRAW: A random draw will be held on January 25th, 2008.

THE WINNER: Winners will be contacted shortly after the draw. Winning entrants expressly consent to the publication of their name, agency and affiliation. This information will not be used for any purpose other than awarding contest prizes and notifying Insider recipients of the winners.

GENERAL: RBC Insurance^® reserves the right to terminate the Contest in whole or in part and at RBC Insurance’s discretion to award none, some or all of the Prizes as RBC Insurance determines. RBC Insurance also reserves the right to amend these Contest Rules at any time and without notice to entrants. RBC Insurance Company of Canada and Assured Assistance Inc. employees are not eligible.
