Loss of Income (including the Accident Medical Treatment Benefits up to $10,000) and Business Overhead Expense insurance are underwritten by RBC Life Insurance Company. Out of Province Emergency Medical Coverage is underwritten by RBC Insurance Company of Canada. Health & Dental insurance is provided by Green Shield Canada. Critical illness, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Final Expense insurance are underwritten by ACE INA Life Insurance.

Coverage is governed by the terms and conditions of the policies as issued. The disability insurance being sold is individual insurance.

2) Provided you satisfy the following qualifying questions: 1. Have you ever had any injury(ies) or other condition which currently restricts your bodily movement or that limits you in performing any daily activities? 2. Do you work at least 20 hours per week and 35 weeks per year?
